Where does one begin when trying to explain
and describe a fairy tale birthday?
Once upon a time
I received a call from a super sweet lady
I typically don’t do many events but it was
hard to resist considering she described her previous parties.
Truthfully, I am beyond swamped at the moment with Xmas minis,
my son’s birthday coming, impending garage sale that’s taking over
downstairs, yada yada yada….I digress.
Anyway, I decided I could use a little break from everything
and went for it.
Boy was that a good decision.
Don’t know if it’s the Libra in me that loves
aesthetics, my party-planner dreaming,
or just fate but the minute I drove up to the Addisons’
home and saw the big balloon entrance
I just knew it was going to be amazing.
Let’s take a tour of Miss Alexandra’s 4th birthday!
One foot in the royal palace and
a striking bouquet and scent of gorgeous roses in
the shades of all that is pink and sweet in world
greet you at the door along with
snaps of Miss Alexandra.
I love when people remember to include these
Another angle b/c it’s hard to give you an idea of the grandeur
Onto the sweets table.
Miss Alexandra had a decadent array of fairy tale
candy brought from all over the kingdom to satisfy even the
sweetest tooth of her royal guests including
candy necklaces and bracelets,
jewels, star cookies, crown cookies, gummies, macaroons,
chocolates, cupcakes, gourmet marshmallows, & hard candy.
Show stopping cupcakes
Not only wear the crowns edible (and delish)
but the cupcakes had a filling that was amazing!
Just thought you might want to know that they were equally
yummy as they were adorable.
All topped with an adorable princess barbie cake
which by the way was not the official cake….just wait!
All served with sparkling lemonades
by the butlers fit for Buckingham.
A quick shot of the entertainment and servers
helping to make Princess Alexandra’s day perfect.
Oh how they played the part!
If you are noticing the amazing stationary you see not only on
the signage but also plates and more
and thinking…hmmmm I haven’t seen that pattern before….
You’d be correct.
Miss Alexandra had her own special branding done
for this royal event.
I’ll provide a list of vendors just as soon as I get my hands on one!
Onto Fairy Godmother’s Dress Shop.
Where pretend meets magic.
Little ones entering were smitten and dazzled to be
greeted by Cinderella, Aerial, and Princess Aurora.
Favors for both princesses and princes.
The royal dress rack
Can you only imagine the little faces lighting up with
so many pretty fancy things to play with?
Jeweled rings, pink pearls, and only the finest tiaras would do
for Princess Alexandra’s Royal Court.
The fluffiest tutus to go home with each princess.
The most adorable Princess and beautiful Queen Mommy.
If there are royal Academy Awards I definitely think Cinderella
deserves one. She brought so many smiles to all the princesses.
Who knew Princess Aurora had cosmetology skills!?
Each princess received a makeover complete with flawless party make-up
Proud Poppy acting as my 2nd shooter : )
and pucker like this
The royal vanity to check our lip gloss and apply stick on earings
And with magic fairy dust….I give you an
even more beautiful Princess Alex!
and her friends too
Onto the royal dining table.
Set perfectly with fresh amazing roses as every
princess must insist on having when hosting guests.
Several angles to take it all in
More guest seating
And so now the royal menu fit for a perfect Princess’ ball.
The crem de la crem of Princess Alexandra’s party
Fondant sculpted crown topper with jewels included.
Truly a work of splendid art.
So with all those yummy treats the
princesses and princess needed somewhere to run and jump.
Prince Charming on hand to create works of art balloon characters
to the likes that I have not seen.
No palace is complete without a royal carriage.
Princess Alexandra loves her horses
with sweet baby brother and the mommy
Off for a fairy tale ride around the block.
And back to walk the pink carpet and pose for paparazzi
Prince Cameron with his sword wand
The finale to a perfect princess party
All the princesses stopping for a snap
Time for family pics!
The Royal Family
Time to say adieu to Grandparent Royalty
And kiss her court goodbye
One last ride for the Princesses to wave farewell
So loved and cherished –
truly took my breath away.
I don’t know a better way to describe
Princess Alexandra’s special day.
